Those are the uncirculated mint set coins from Philadelphia, hence no mint mark. The 68 no s proof coins are the valuable ones.

    Welcome to CT!

It would help to have a clear, more zoomed image of both sides of the coin. From what I see is an average circulated, common date Rosey. I'm leaning towards XF45.

Can somebody look at my 1992 dime above and tell me approximately what rank they think it is?

Doesn't really matter its still just a dime-pocket change.Look for dimes 1964 and earlier as they are %90 silver.

I think the rank is E-3.
It has spending power, in the PX.

    I have a question
I have a 1979 dime no mint that weighs 2.42 grams that’s outside the tolerance zone and I’ve triple checked my scale to make sure it is calibrated correctly as well…. I’m clueless

Best if you started a new thread and post photos of both sides. Welcome to CT.

For a clad dime, the weight should be from 2.177-2.359 g, so yours is out of spec. Could be a slightly thick planchet.

That’s what I thought as well but I measured thickness and width and it’s identical to the other dimes I have in 79 and surrounding years also
