Actually had an 82 not in OGP... At first I thought a scratch on the reverse but further review looks like possibly a die scratch as not across the devices...
So I bought the lot of these first 23 years of proof roosies from the San Francisco mint for less than 50 cents a coin. Each one had a label as follows and was in a 2 x 2 unstapled but in a flip. So all but the 77 (also no 81) were like this and were cracked out from proof sets almost 28 years ago. They all now reside in airtites for the next 28+ years!
