I've got all the modern sets except 1940. There're not here at the house though.

 

New arrival.

 

This one has left me scratching my head for years. The pictures are an accurate representation of the coin. I had been collecting Franklin proofs for 20+ years when I bought this one raw. I sent it in to PCGS, say circa 2010, and fully expected it to come back Cameo. Nope. It came back PR66, but no cameo. WTF?

 

NGC probably would have at least given it a star.

 

I am not sure, I know that different years tend to have different qualifications.
Sure looks Cameo to me.
