Now, how about some more circulated Jefferson love in this thread...? :smile Here's a 1943-P wartime silver nickel I found roll searching last week. It has a distinct grain pattern that reminds me of the mis-mixed composition you sometimes see in Lincoln Memorial cents, also called 'woodies' or 'woody cents'. It's also quite dirty with what appear to be verdigris.
