    Hard to get a great example of this coin. The strike is just so weak.

    IIRC, the 1918 Illinois (aka Lincoln) got me started on the series, and my Isabella convinced me to not go with blast whites:

    Gorgeous Arkansas and Hawaiian! You hardly ever see Hawaiians with any color other than pink and yellow.

    ksparrow, how did the coin look after the PVC was removed? Did the removal affect the (pretty) toning at all?

    Obviously I am biased to like my coins, if for no other reason I spent my money to buy them. :) But here is another I like, a 1937-D Oregon trail, MS 68.
