    I ended 2020 with the Illinois Centennial and my first coin of 2021 is the 1934 Boone:

    1925-S Half Dollar California Diamond Jubilee.

    Went to the Houston Coin Show yesterday and picked up Cleveland MS65, York PCGS MS64 and Albany PCGS MS65 for my collection. There was a good selection of Classic Commemoratives.

    Me too. It's the California grizzly, a subspecies. Sadly, it was hunted to extinction. Ironically, the last live one was seen a year before the coin was minted.
