I then did the math for tolerances using this number(77.18g) and came out with a low of 125.25g and high of 129.25g for the '76 set. The numbers I got for the '75 set were 127.08g low and 131.24g high. My case and coin weigh 129.6g so it would just be out of the range of the high for '76.
