Possible (Question) 1942 DDO Lincoln Cent.

Coins were of generally low quality in my most recent search (as well as being mostly recent Wheaties- so aggravating when you are lied to!)

Anyway, i think this is a bit of a stretch here but can anyone help we out on what this 1942 Lincoln Cent has going on, if anything, on the obverse?

Or do we have yet another .02c coin???

A shade bit of die deterioration , but just common old age and maybe a wild life.

All I see is damage. In what way were you lied to? Unless you bought this as a doubled die.

 

Very few find anything good searching cents. They have all been searched before.

 

Utubbers tell people what they want to hear! Surprising how many people in the US do this and all for their own gain rather than for the truth. IMO. Jim
