Possible offset strike?

I’m definitely a rookie here. I’ve recently came into a nice collection and would like some opinions.

Yes.. Slight Misaligned Die Strike on the Obverse side which caused the slight double rim.

 

Why the color difference?

Thanks, I’m guessing that’s not very rare or valuable? The reason I say that is because I have 5 but that is the most noticeable.
