Possible error

    Hi looks like this 1982 has all bold letters and numbers.the D seams to be filled in and the In is touching.is this from circulation?thanks for your help

    Likely circulated or just a worn die. The filled D may be circulation wear or a small die chip, but is not anything unusual.
