Found this quarter hunting rolls today, I initially thought it was a misaligned die, but there seems to be two rims, specifically in the top right of the obverse
This can be a common occurrence on MAD Misaligned Die strikes. But vaguely being able to see the edge of your quarter, the reeded edge looks flattened. I'd guess the quarter was in some token thing like a Lucky Quarter holder. only your last photo is in focus to see much.
