Possible 1965 dime error?

    Hello, found this 1965 dime and it appears there is some sort of design on his cheek and the tip of the nose looks like it could be the letter A? Wondering if this is considered an error coin?

    Your opinions please?

    It was sandwiched between 2 other objects (most likely coins) and squeezed in a vice.
