Hi, I'm new to this and just found a 1964 quarter image.jpeg that looks like the face is doubled on the front? Can anyone tell me if this quarter is an error and may be valuable?

I don't see any Doubling. Might be the aged appearance. It's a normal silver quarter. If you clean it up it will look normal.

Normal but dirty. The dirt has formed around the image on the coin so it appears as doubling. If you clean the coin it will lose the doubled look.

Be careful how you clean it. Not to say it is a super valuable variety but an aggressive cleaning will never go away . A soak in mineral oil for a day or two then pat , not rub , dry will not hurt it. If wanted a quick rinse in acitone will take care of the residual oil but thats not absolutely needed.
