Possible 1 Dollar FRN Ink Error?

So today at work while I was going through the money a customer gave me I noticed an odd looking 1 dollar bill, it had a really dark green seal on it, almost like the current 5-100 dollar bills, not the older light green seal...

I know it's 99.9% just an over ink, too much ink being applied making it look darker, but if only it's a 0.01% chance of it being a seal type error I thought I'd post it to get some of the more informed of you to take a look and tell me your thoughts, I know it's most likely not, but what if right...

[IMG] The bill in question, notice the darker shade...

[IMG] A normal modern $100 for comparison

I did notice that the lettering in the suspect bill isn't as sharp making me lean towards extra ink being applied, but I'm not 100% either way...

    Thoughts?

I just looked at six 1 Dollar bills I have and 2 are dark and 4 lighter. On the dark ones, the serial number is also darker.
