I have heard of the possibilities of there being older "proof like" coins being found in rolled coins. What do you think about this 2017-P being one of those.
Hi David. Welcome to Coin Talk. You will have to be a little more specific in regards to what you're asking. I see a 2017 P minted business strike lincoln cent. Not a proof like.
Help is here . Try using your Phone with or without Loupe to take Pics. . Try these programs for editing : LunaPic - Free, No DL . and PhotoScape - Free. DL They are life savers for editing !!!
"PF-65 Surfaces are brilliant, with no noticeable blemishes or flaws. A few scattered, barely noticeable marks or hairlines." I know, you know this. I am just quoting what i am judging this coin by. I will admit, at 67, even magnified i am unable to be certain. Hence, my request for more thoughts on the subject . Business strike... a hopeful. It is under plastic, with some dust showing, not scratches.
Okay, now give the magic programs a try but still need something decent to work with . Try taking Pics from above the coin not at an angle , just trying to help . Like this ( PhotoScape ) :
