Hey! Anybody here do amateur radio? I haven’t thought about that in eons. It was a hot item in the town I grew up in.

Well if you watch American Pickers you will see there are collectors for everything.

At the few flea markets I attend, there are always items from old gas stations.

What hobbies? We're not even here. We all died in the 2012 apocalypsie.

I don't think they are dying. More like morphing and changing into a variation that is appealing to a new generation.

I suspect a lot of time spent on Instagram/FB/YouTube/etc. comes at the expense of what used to be hobby time.

I agree with that as well, nearest model train store to me that is still solely all trains is about an hour and 15 minutes away in Green Bay. I don't like buying trains online so I usually go there or wait until the next show. Have one this weekend that me and my club host :)

Sounds good to me!! I dont clock out, while they do the inspection. 5 hours, extry pay so far this week. Maybe i should run with my flashers on all the way home! That will draw some attention:troll:

Edit: anyone know of any soda pop that looks like a beer can? I could take a great big slug right in front of a cop, then act like im trying to hide it...that should do the trick

Take a mouth rinse of mouthwash. Your breath will smell like alcohol. They will take you to headquarters for a breath test. That will add an hour or so to your paycheck.
