They are for two of the late emperors. Honorius in military dress with his foot on a captive, holding a standard and Victory on a globe.</p><p><br /></p><p>Struck at the Milan Mint, RIC X 1206b, Sear 20916</p><p><br /></p><p>The AVG GG on the reverse was either a mistake or a left over die when Honorius, Arcadius and his father, Theodosius I were co-emperors.
