Featured Political Graffiti on Banknotes

I thought I'd revive this thread rather than start a new one. It goes along with the banknotes I posted earlier but of course the slogan is on a U.S. note. There was a lot of support among the Irish-American community in the U.S. in support of the Nationalist movement, both financially and politically. I knew about these bills for some time but never saw one before. Apparently, they're rare.

A coin dealer friend of mine gave me this example along with a New York City Police Dept. "evidence" bill that he picked up in a collection of coins he bought a couple of years ago. I would think the seller found it in change but he couldn't tell me any more about it.
