On Friday, 2/11/11 I played $20-$40 Limit holdem at Borgata in Atlantic City. I sat down at the table at 6PM and picked up at 4AM. My initial buy in was $2,000. At 3:55AM this is what my chipstack looked like. Each stack of red is $100 (20 chips). The bottom tier is $1,500. The second tier is $1,000. The third tier is $600 and $230 on top. Whites don't play in this game. In my last hand at the table, I called 4 bets ($80) pre-flop with pocket sixes, flopped a set, and won a $900 pot. I left after that hand with exactly $3,800. The contest is simple. The person who guesses closest to my actual win/loss for the night wins. You only get one guess and can't edit your guess. The prizes are a BU Jefferson Nickel and a $1 Borgata Chip shown below. Good Luck!
$3800 is my guess. I think when you got your initial stack back and were able to pull in back in while still playing for free you made another 1800. The two together is where I got my total.
Thats what I was wondering RLM, but I decided to go with the simple approach...I was going to go with 5G first, but that just seemed ridiculous. Unless we should factor in the amount that was lost...he probably was down at some point before coming back up which is what we need to figure out. Hmmmm. Good luck everyone else, thanks for the contest!!! Makes me want to go to the casino=[
He wants to know how many hands did he win and how many hands did he lose I think. I am gonna guess you got down early and mounted a monster comeback. You lost 53 hands and won 38
I don't keep track of my performance in that detail. I just want to know how much I won or lost for the entire night.
