I agree those Bi-Centennials are one of the coolest quarters ever designed @ least in my mind. I collect them because i like them...I just wish they were worth something
I saved up a couple rolls from circulation and bought a coin with them, but kinda wished I kept them. but got another about finished
I have always loved the bicentennial coins. I find the quarters fairly frequently, about 1-2 per month in change without much searching. Save em, roll them up and sell them on eBay, they sell pretty well. I usually wait until I have a couple rolls worth to make the cost of shipping worth the expense to the buyer and listing for me as seller. On the other hand, I just found my first circulation 2009-P Northern Mariana Islands US territorial quarter in change yesterday, still looking respectable after being spit out of a Subway vending machine here in the city.
