Pocket Change Finds Part 1

Here's what I've found in my pocket change as I go through it before making it part of my spend jar. As always, I welcome your opinion on if this is a mint induced error or PMD.

1. 1987 P Dime, it was very hard to try to capture but I think it's clashed.
2. 1989 D Quarter, I know, I know, it's really worn down, but there's doubling on the In God We Trust and I'm curious if you think it's MD or a DDO.
3. 1996 P Dime, I think this is a form of machine doubling, but it's very pronounced.
4. 1997 P Half Dollar, die chip on the shield on the reverse?
