Many deals go down on the floor of a coin show and every one knows that. If you don't you have not been to a show. This type of thing happens all the time and not just with coins, look at food trucks, roach coaches, the food court at the mall, car dealers, antique fairs, flea markets etc...

The idea to approach customers outside of a B&M would get you in some trouble but I have seen and heard many a dealer at a show say I have the best prices or I saw you at so and so and will treat you better, that is still a form of "poaching". If the only qualification is to pay for a spot or table and then you can poach, do so. Buy the cheapest spot or table put a flier on it stating your buying options, what you are looking for and then go hand out business cards with your table # written on it to bring the customers over to you. This is all basic stuff here you just need to change the wording around. I have even gotten email from other dealers who see me at a competiters booth asking me to stop by. Come on now be nice guys....[/QUOTE]
