PMD, or die chip?

    Meow has found this penny CRH today. At a glance it looks like PMD. But Meow is thinking that there is not metal enough displaced from the nine, to create this anomaly. What do you guys here think? PMD or Die chip?     Meow would not say its a 100% because of that. So Meow wanted to share it to see what others thought. If it is a die chip, its doing a good job of impersonating PMD.
