I wrote letters to the local Realtors telling them that this guy charges for his "free" inspections and that they needed to inform their sellers of this before they selected a company for a pest bond. The pest control guy found out about my letters and sued me for "in excess of $50,000". We spent several thousand on lawyers fees before the other guy dropped the case. I had his advertisement and his bill, so he had no chance of winning. The bottom line is that you need to watch it when you deal with a guy like this. They can sue you for any reason and even if you win it can cost you a lot of money.[/QUOTE]
