I have an antiqued finished 99.99% coin 2013, On the reverse there are a few dark spots (looks as a flake). Could you help me to identify what type of defect is?
The coin was shipped with the broken capsule. The capsule was replaced but after a year I found the spots. IMG_0606.JPG IMG_0607.JPG IMG_0608.JPG .

Biggest issue appears to be that the coin is a fake.

this is not a fake coin. I bought this coin from the trusted dealer.

What is "antique finish"? Is it something that is applied to the coin? If so, it could be flaking off.

It could also be toning from something it contacted when it was outside the capsule. That is considered undesirable on modern NCLT like this.

What makes you think this is a fake? I'm not familiar with these coins, so I would not recognize a fake.

My bad, didn't initially realize this type is antiqued. The "antiquing" of modern coins makes them look like fakes and messes with your instinct if you're used to seeing fakes with that same patina. Clearly I do not collect NCLT :)
