I don't usually ask for grade on modern coins. But am curious as to what this will grade. It has been sitting in my Whitman Book for some time now. Also there is some green corrosion on reverse. Looks to be on surface only. Can this be safely removed? Weight is 2.5 Grams. Thanks...Mont.
Is there something terribly special or valuable about this issue? I see decent ones in change and they go right back in circulation.
That's what I was wondering. I have a complete 1975-2013 LMC album and several people have asked if I had this hole filled as well. Made me wonder.
I have looked and looked and cannot find any of the Zinc 82s A few of those and a pair of 2009 with no D would fill out my 75 - 13 book. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
Maybe it has to do with the multiple date sizes and composition...? Doesn't make too much sense to grade these issues unless you're sitting on an MS69 or something.
I got lucky on the 2009's...the 2009-P Variety 4 was the last one I needed to fill the album so a friend from another forum sent me a complete set of 2009 P&D's. Filled last hole and upgraded the rest....Most of the rest is from pocket change...no CRHing.
Speaking of 82 D small date zinc. Here's my free set "The Penny Merchant" used to send out as advertising. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
Slight rub, AU-58 details. That's a pretty good example though, not many bubbles. Here's one of mine:
That set appears to be very nice compared to others I've seen. Take 'em out and give us better pictures.
A set such as that would be just what the doctor ordered for my Whitman folder! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
