On sending for grading, you are asking the wrong person. I am not a Slabbed coin proponent. I am old school and buy coins based on #1 Eye Appeal, #2 Grade, and /or what I like when I see it; but I trust myself to buy only coins I feel meet the grade being offered by the seller. To answer your question; from other CoinTalk posters I have learned to respect their experience and knowledge; most would say PCGS grades tougher than NGC. If you are a seller use NGC, but if you are buying you want PCGS. Maybe one of them will chome in and give you a better answer.
The grades are in! I submitted 5 of the 7 shown (#2 and #6 weren't submitted). Does anyone want to guess again??
If you guys do want to take a guess at the grades, here are the grades posted online this afternoon by PCGS. I matched them up the best I could, but I think that they're correct through logic deduction. #1. My pre-submission guess: MS-64 or MS-65 BN PCGS: Spoiler MS-64 RB ------------------------------- #3. My pre-submission guess: MS-63 or MS-64 RB PCGS: Spoiler MS-64 RB ------------------------------- #4. My pre-submission guess: MS-65 RB PCGS: Spoiler MS-65 RB ------------------------------- #5.
