Please Grade and Compare : Two 1858 over Inverted Date Half Dimes

    I would that the second one.

    As for the grading, the obverse, from the photo is well short of Mint State in my opinion. The reverse is a lot closer.

    I for one am not totally surprised, since as mentioned in my last reply, I suspected there was additional luster there we weren't seeing in the first set of photos posted of the PCGS coin.

    PCGS got it wrong, there’s visible wear on that half dime. It’s a weakly struck AU coin with good luster which they called 62. Eduard, I like the raw coin (yours?) more :)
