I don't believe it , must have been at a time when they were really tightening down .
Got to hand it to GD for being quiet for so long . Should of gone 65-66 .

You got the benifit of a beautiful coin at a better price , sort of when I found an Oregon half that PCGS graded MS-62 , thought it was prettier than a lot of 65s
