You can either capture the detail, the color, or the luster or lack thereof (thus wear) - but rarely can capture more than 1 of those in the same pic.</p><p><br /></p><p>So when taking coin pics, take several from each and every set up you use. And remember, even the slightest change in lighting, settings, camera angle or distance constitutes a new set up.
