They closed the claim/case when I contacted PayPal on the 30th inactive day, and removed all evidence of an auction.</p><p><br /></p><p>In another instance I bought a rare date Double Eagle, from a seller of African origin/nationality, who bragged that he had written a book &quot;How To Earn A Million On The Internet&quot;, after he received my payment notice.</p><p><br /></p><p>After paying, I noticed he listed the same item again, and also found the item had been sold by another. I reported the item, and EBay removed all evidence of auctions, not responding. There is another prominent auction house who will remove evidence of fraudulent auctions. They have been discussed here by an individual who received little sympathy while in a litigious action.
