Pile of Gold Pennies!!!

I'm rich...I'm rich...I'm rich... OK, I'm not. Cleaning out a bit and ran into these made by students in the chem lab "silver and gold pennies" experiment. The students first clean and coat a cent with zinc. If they shine it up it appears "silver". Now if they put it on a heating plate (or in a Bunsen burner with tongs) it magically turns "gold"...well, brass actually. Some better than others.
