    Seeing everyone's amazing twelve Caesars collections is inspiring. It's fun to see how much variety is possible (all silver, provincials, etc.) Is it possible to assemble a set with no portraits?

    Beauties. All of them. But DIGGING those bronzes.
    Freaking LOVE the idea of a no portrait 12. And yes you absolutely could do all 1 2 with lifetime issues sans portraits.:bag:
    Great! Another must to add to my list of collections!!:facepalm:

    I agree it is interesting but I have not researched it. Is there an Otho or Vitellius?

    I was just looking into over the weekend as a matter of fact! But was stopped at Otho. Not a single one on ac search did I spy. Nor wild winds...I hope someone proves me wrong.

    I went searching and so far found non-portrait coins of: Julius, Augustus, Tiberius, Nero, Galba, Domitian, Titus, Vespasian, Caligula, and Claudius; yet saw none for Otho or Vitellius on WildWinds
