I have ties to the city of Long Branch, NJ so I often will check ebay to see what's out there. Came across and picked up a dozen 1934 $1 Depression scrips from Long Branch. How much should I have paid for these? I really didn't do alot of research before buying these (shame!) but I didn't break the bank. There are a few groups in the dozen that are consecutive. I also have the opportunity to buy more. Thanks.
The Long Branch scrip is one of the most commonly available types of Depression Scrip. I would not pay more than $2-3 each even for the consecutive notes.
