Then I looked it up in the book and put it in a holder for the boss.</p><p>I didn&#039;t say I bought it did I?<img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie2" alt=";)" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /></p><p><br /></p><p>I know, &quot;that was cruel clembo&quot; but it is an interesting note how we came about it is as well.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Yesterday we had a guy come into the shop with a box of &quot;stuff&quot; as we call it. One U.S. proof set and the rest all world stuff. We&#039;re not real strong on world but the guy wanted to dump it.</p><p><br /></p><p>Seems his uncle was a collector that did a lot of world traveling in the 60s and 70s.</p><p>I went through the coins yesterday and nothing really earth shattering. A few better sets but basically what I&#039;m used to seeing. A lot of the stuff will end up in the &quot;dime box&quot; we keep.</p><p><br /></p><p>So today I dig into the paper. Honestly, this is usually an excrutiating task for me. It&#039;s excrutiating because it&#039;s usually stuff that&#039;s common as dirt in low grade. This too ends up in a &quot;bargain box&quot;.</p><p><br /></p><p>Well, today I looked up at least 100 notes. I put ONE in the &quot;bargain box&quot;. </p><p>I actually enjoyed this today and am looking forward to more tomorrow. Most of the stuff is in GREAT shape. High end AU-CU+.</p><p>I found many notes in the $20-40 range. A few higher and a few over $100. This one is the cream of the crop so far but who knows I&#039;m not even half way through it!</p><p><br /></p><p>So, I don&#039;t own this note but it is nice and a nice change of pace for me. It will most likely go on Ebay tomorrow so I&#039;ll add if anyone is interested PM me and I&#039;ll lead you to the auction (am I allowed to do this?)
