Hey guys, this post is slightly different from what I usually do. As many of you know, I'm in Phoenix for college, and I want to be a part of the numismatic community down here. I know some of you are from the area, but being new here I don't know any of the coin shows, coin clubs, dealers, or other numismatic communities in this part of the state. If anyone here knows where I can get into the (physical) community, I would be very grateful. I used to go to the NWCC show up in Minneapolis but unfortunately, it happens in the fall and spring when I am not in Minnesota. I have a couple of dealers in mind to visit, but I want to hear this community's thoughts as well.

I hope it is what you are looking for. Steve is also a Dealer, and I think he is still the Club Kahuna. They had a Show in Dec., I think.
I'm just going to resurrect this thread rather than make a new one with my question. First things first, though I still haven't attended a club meeting yet, if I can make it in November I'll report back, though. So my question was: Are there any shops in the area that I should make it a point to visit while I'm here? I know a few of the major ones, and I'm partial to Republic Rare Coins, but other than maybe three dealers I don't know what else there is. I'm hoping to maybe find one where I can find some low-value world coins or exonumia to scratch that itch when funds are low, particularly Canadian large cents but really anything goes.
