As the guy in the video says, he got his from GovMint.com. They were the exclusive dealers for North America, with the entire mintage, some 5,000 silver coins struck in the proof 40.6 mm diameter specification. There was a bit of confusion in their release specifications given for the coins and many people who thought they&#039;d be getting the high relief, instead got a proof with a different diameter. They also had all coins at GovMint reviewed by PCGS and any that didn&#039;t grade 69 or 70 were not encapsulated and sold in original packaging, while the rest were automatically slabbed. SO, that upset some folks who learned PCGS deemed the raw coins less than 69/70, and they would know that if resubmitted by customers later.</p><p><br /></p><p>It was said earlier this year when all the confusion about these coins was going on that later this year... (May 6th?)&nbsp; a 5 ounce version of this design will be released. All I can suggest is to stay tuned and watch various sites, blogs and prepare to buy when it goes on sale. It will probably be swift again since many missed out on the first round.</p><p><br /></p><p>I got one of the high relief coins direct from Perth Mint in Australia and sales were strictly limited to one per customer.
