THANK YOU. This is a location to discuss COINS not a back handed attempt at bringing politics into the discussion. Stay Safe Phil .
I nominate this thread to be closed. No longer numismatic relevant. Nothing postive and no apologies.
I really do not know why a simple discussion about the Perth Mint is so twisted up with misplaced emotions. Perth Mint coins are usually fun to talk about and are often low print runs which gain value on the after market. The Silver rounds are fair to the eye and fun. Why would this get twisted up with a discussion on national and internation politics, especially when there is more than enough conversation about COVID-19 in the General forum section. And what is the need for a dozen meta-data "moderators", pushing the moderators about for a thread that has little consequence. This thread DOES have numismatic value...or at least it should. It shouldn't be poluted. It really doesn't matter to me if this thread is closed or not. But I object to it being used as a tool for agression against members and the inflamation of already fray nerves.
I don't know either. It was a simple question which I tried to answer. I'm not sure what all the others were doing besides muddying the waters.
