Austria Mint has room to make money elsewhere in producing national coinage, planchets besides bullions. Perth Mint on the other hand ONLY specializes in bullions and refinery. I don't know where you are at but you cannot just bluntly tell business to close up because they are too expensive, fire their employees and expect them to do fine with no support. On the other hand, have you never been told that you are too expensive to run in someone's business???
