Perfect or Numismatically Perfect?

    That's very true, but a lot of those same types of dealers will speak a different tune if they're the ones selling to you

    As I've said what seems like a thousand times - remove the word "perfect" from the discussion and the whole issue just goes away.

    70 is a grade, just like all the other grades - nothing more. If they can be met, it can too.

    agreed, Doug. Just as the common wisdom changed the term uncirculated into Mint State, that clarification made it easier to understand grading. I think that the term "perfect" presents the same kind of mental roadblocks for some.
