In retrospect, It is I owing the apology for an approach without explanation, attempting to show: The vain (i.e. Ms. Bellevue not yielding the desired outcome) attempt to win, futilely shown by myself because of the vein (i.e. distinctive legalistic manner) of my presentation. It was supposed (by myself) to convey possible differing outcomes dependent upon resource material presentation.

I understandably failed to properly convey a plaintiff presentation difference, which may have evoked a different sympathetic/compassionate outcome. I often win, but occasionally lose in an improper arena/venue.
