I have a penny that when was tested in a coin machine came back as 10 cent coin.

It's a damaged cent. You can create these with heat.

Welcome to CT Frank. When posting a coin for review, it is usually best to post "full Size" photos of the obverse (front) and reverse (back) that are cropped to show just the coin, which you did nicely, and correctly orientated. I believe your cent is just PMD, or Post Mint Damage, meaning it happened after it left the mint, so no added value. You might also consider posting such coins under "errors" and find out what you have before thinking of its value.

What Mountain Man said; I voted "none".

Based on your pic, worth 1 cent.
