    Your survey should have a 3rd option: It is a damaged "penny" (cent).

    Circulation damage - it took a hit.

    Suggestion - create and ask your questions for strange looking issues over at the Error Coins forum. Not the What's it Worth forum. First find out what you have. Worry about value last. Most minor issues have very little or no premium at all. And coins with damage such as yours is only face value.
