Penny struck through error?

    It looks heavily damaged from machinery, like this one that I have:

    Not an error someone grinded that with a dremel tool. = damaged. Maybe they used it as a tool ?

    Yeah, looks like you can see the file/grinder marks on that one.

    If you look at the obverse you can see lots of straight lines all in the same direction. Groups of them are going different directions but they are the marks from someone grinding them down. It's damaged.

    I just posted 2 error coins that you may find an interest in. I purchased them.

    Definitely damage with a file or similar tool. You can see the marks in different directions.
