I have a 2010 penny and when I rub my fingers across the front and back the rim is up high . Around the rims is a lip on the front and back. Like sunken in. Hard to get a pic of the full rim... and there is like some wierd blending on the top. Is this a error? What is this called for future knowledge. I'm a busy coin roll hunter lol. Looks like a bad solder job. Lol. Any ideas? Is it worth anything? Again. Ty.

    welcome to CT!!

Pretty blurry photo, Looks like PMD (post mint damage) to me. Someone tapped the edges with a spoon. This is common and don't ask my why people do it.
