Thanks for posting the photo, Billy. I'm inclined to agree with Conder101. If it is a strikethrough, it should be recessed slightly. Strikethroughs are fairly common on Lincoln cents, and are not worth much more than face value. If it is glue, it will be raised, and you should be able to clean it off with acetone. ~ Chris
You haven't seen any info on it because it is a error not a variety. As an error it is most likely unique and there isn't another one exactly like it. There are other strikethroughs, but they are different from you coin.
