Penny error ?

I'm Rod Peterson I have a 1982 Penny I noticed that the liberty is spell with a V and not a T libervy

no accurate opinions without seeing it, but, most likely damage

 

For some reason it seems like the T's receive an unusual amount of damage, although typically it tends to turn them into a second Y not a V.
