It came in a $100 Mixed P&amp;D mint bag (canvas) that I ordered from the US Mint in 2004. It had never been in circulation, and I immediately put it in a PVC-free plastic flip until I submitted it for grading. It has been authenticated and encapsulated by NGC and has been in their holder for almost 15 years.
