Did anyone on this site happen to let go of an entire roll of pennies that were struck over a Liberty coin? I still have another whole roll to open and I'm only halfway through this one, so I'm extremely curious now lol...there are only a few cents so far that have the extreme naked eye indentation visibility. My phone isn't getting very good pics but I tried for you guys, they're obvious. 20200506_053819.jpg 20200506_053819.jpg 20200506_054132.jpg So awesome...could anyone guesstimate a price and value? Thanks so much. Peace and love!! Lol

Looks like you have 10 normal circulated Cents.
Besides the grime, gunk and wear and tear they look normal.

What do you mean by Liberty coins?
Most coins have the word LIBERTY.
Anything minted after mid 1982 are Copper Plated Zinc Cents. So they definitely cant be struck over any old coin.

    Worth? 10 Cents total

They obviously tried to cover your copper zinc ...hence the damaged part being silver...smh

Tam.. No I'm sorry. I will not respond to this thread any longer. I will run the risk of getting insulted by you if I continue.

Hopefully someone will come along and tell you what you really want to hear.

How was that response from me? Better? ;)

I guess I'm guilty of being blind to what you see as well.

I see circulation damage and environmental damage. Nothing more. Although I can see DEFDAM.

    How's that @paddyman98 ;)

If I started drinking right now, I'll bet I could see it by late this evening.
Darn, I'm out of vodka. I'll have to pick some up after work. Should I get one big bottle or two?;)

With this, do you mean to say that you have 10 double denomination errors, by where a Peace Dollar die was struck on a Lincoln Cent planchet?

If that's not what you mean, then what exactly do you mean by "Peaces"?

Now we've gone from "Peaces" to a "Liberty coin"--what is a "Liberty coin"? And now you're saying that it's the penny that has been struck on the "Liberty coin" instead of the "Peaces" being struck on the pennies.

Given your last thread, you fancy yourself an error collector, but your word choice would indicate otherwise.

You know what. I'm beginning to think. No. Oh no. Tam. You don't actually even believe in peace and love. Those heart emojis are a farce. You are within the deep state, ever working to prop up the military industrial complex, aren't you?

10 different dates and MMs? Ha, zero chance that 1 is an overstruck coin, much less 10 from years 1969 to 2019 AND coincidently all in the same "roll"..

I have to go the eye doctor, I guess.

I may need a new prescription for my glasses, since I can't see anything but junk.

Is this another symptom of the Corona Virus? Seeing things that don't exist! I've enlarged all the pictures and still don't see any coin struck over a LIBERTY coin. What LIBERTY coin? Cents do have the word LIBERTY on them. I've seen Paddyman 98 post better ground finds. Just my honest opinion.
