The neck has at least three cuts and the neck truncation shows a heavy abrasion. Neither the left nor right fields are clean. All of this is perfectly acceptable at 64, but when you pay for a gem coin, you shouldn't have this many distractions. I really think the over-saturation and lack of contrast is making it hard to distinguish hits from luster breaks, but I see the coin as a 64 obverse, 65+ reverse, resulting in a 64, possibly 64+ grade.</p><p><br /></p><p>For comparison, here is one I used to own. Not perfect, but very nice. Still, not a coin I think would be likely to upgrade to 65.
